Eli by Peter #10 - ‘Ren Shang, Ren Hai'

The 10th edition of Eli by Peter oozes China. We have chosen work made in the Chinese metropolis of Fuzhou (7.74 million people) and Shanghai (26.3 million people). The photographs were made in 2017 and 2019 respectively. The work has been exhibited as a 6-month solo exhibition in Kunsthal Rotterdam in 2018 and shown in 2021 as a duo exhibition with the Chinese photographer Neo Zhao, on the bund in Shanghai, in collaboration with the Dutch Consulate. We have now exclusively published a selection of the work for Eli by Peter as a book.
